NRDC Ad Council: Save the Food
I had the chance to write this off-kilter track for a Save the Food campaign, coordinated between the NRDC, Ad Council, Hope Street Group, and SaveTheFood.com.
Did you know that 40% of all food in the U.S. is thrown away each year? Watch as two Michelin starred chef Josiah Citrin prepares a delicious gourmet meal from food that otherwise would have been thrown away.
This is promising and a good first step, but there’s so much more to do. And many loopholes ahead.
